Mandie Kozlowski has been in the real estate business since 2015, beginning her career as a marketing professional before transitioning into sales. Over the years, she has completed extensive training and continuing education, working alongside national trainers in new construction and home sales. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the ability to guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with confidence.

Having lived in several towns across Saratoga County, Mandie offers clients not only professional expertise but also personal insight into the communities she serves. Her background with some of the region’s most esteemed builders has further enhanced her knowledge of home construction, design, and sales, making her an invaluable resource for both buyers and sellers. Known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and trustworthiness, Mandie is dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience.

Outside of real estate, Mandie enjoys time with her family and her beloved Great Danes. She is also passionate about giving back to her community and has volunteered with organizations including St. Mary’s School (Ballston Spa), Saratoga Central Catholic, LifeChurch Albany, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is currently on the 2025 Board of Directors for the Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association.
