Mandie Kozlowski is a dedicated real estate professional serving Saratoga County, New York since 2015. With a strong foundation in real estate marketing before transitioning into sales, Mandie brings a strategic, results-driven approach to buying and selling homes in communities throughout Saratoga County.
Mandie specializes in helping buyers and sellers in Galway, Middle Grove, Porter Corners, Rock City Falls, Milton, Ballston Spa, and surrounding Capital Region communities. Having lived in multiple towns across Saratoga County, she offers clients both professional expertise and personal insight into the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle each area offers.
Throughout her career, Mandie has completed extensive real estate training and continuing education, working alongside national trainers in new construction and residential home sales. Her background working with some of the region’s most respected home builders has given her in-depth knowledge of home construction, design, and the building process — making her an especially valuable resource for new construction buyers and sellers.
Whether guiding first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or homeowners preparing to sell, Mandie is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. In addition to her real estate career, Mandie is deeply involved in the local community. She has volunteered with St. Mary’s School (Ballston Spa), Saratoga Central Catholic, LifeChurch Albany, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She currently serves as Vice President on the 2025–2026 Board of Directors for the Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association.
Outside of work, Mandie enjoys spending time with her family and and furry family members. She holds a special place in her heart for Great Danes.
