After graduating from Bryant University with a BA in Business Administration, Joanna spent 6 years at a Future 500 company in Boston managing their customer service and marketing team. With this opportunity Joanna learned to thrive in a fast paced team environment. Once Joanna moved back “home”, her love for real estate started as the Vice President and Property Manager of a small local real estate holding company. She spent over ten years gaining experience in pre-foreclosures, auctions, short sales and “flips”.

Joanna has lived most of her life in Saratoga County -– raised in Charlton, a proud alumni of Burnt-Hills Ballston-Lake, and has worked various jobs in Glenville, Ballston Spa, Malta and Saratoga. Joanna has enjoyed investing and living in Malta’s Luther Forest for the last 15 years. Joanna would say being a single parent has also greatly increased her organization and negotiation skills!

Joanna’s main goal is helping her clients have the most stress free experience while buying and/or selling their home. By leveraging her extensive background in real estate sales, aided with her attention to detail and digital communication skills, Joanna has helped many clients reach their goals over the last 9 years as a licensed real estate salesperson. Building customer rapport and really trying to help them find a great home or investment opportunity is Joanna’s strength.

Joanna is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Greater Capital Region Association of REALTORS® (GCAR). Joanna loves giving back to the community and over the years has organized fundraising events benefiting local charities such as: American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, Donate Life, Rebuilding Together Saratoga, American Lung Association, March of Dimes, Special Olympics and more! Joanna loves helping her community and those in it.
