Lisa M. Licata is a NYS Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, and leader of the Capital District’s #1 new construction team at Sterling Real Estate Group, one of the region’s most trusted names in residential real estate.

A Saratoga Springs native, Lisa has served buyers, sellers, and builders across Saratoga County and the greater Capital Region since 2003. She specializes in new construction homes, builder communities, custom homes, townhomes, and luxury properties from Albany to Queensbury, with a strong focus on Saratoga Springs, Wilton, Ballston Spa, Clifton Park, Malta, and surrounding areas.

Lisa is widely known for her expertise in buying and selling new construction homes and for her long-standing partnerships with many of the area’s top builders. Her team works closely with buyers to navigate the new home process, from selecting homesites and floorplans to understanding builder allowances, timelines, and customization options.

She is one of only a few professionals in the region to hold the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation and maintains multiple industry certifications, including ABR, CBR, SRS, and C-RETS. Lisa is passionate about mentoring agents, elevating industry standards, and helping clients make confident real estate decisions.

Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for both GCAR and the Saratoga Builders Association. As Co-Chair of the Saratoga Showcase of Homes for over 20 years, she has helped raise more than $2 million for Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity.
