Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Bryon Phelps grew up in the Capital Region. He has broad experience in real estate, starting as a licensed home inspector and as an investor. Bryon has completed over 20 house “flips” and understands that estate transactions are the biggest investments of most people’s lives. He started his real estate career by protecting these investments via home inspections and is now interested in helping buyers and sellers find their next homes.
Bryon holds the SFR designation. This stands for The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification. Its is for REALTORS® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.
