- Real Estate License Required or pursuing.

Training
The real estate industry is constantly evolving and changing. As a result, it has become even more important to stay ahead of the information curve and strengthen your skills to remain competitive. This applies whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting out. Since continual education is important to us, we bring in speakers on a regular basis to educate our team on all matters of real estate. Our Broker holds the MIRM Designation. The Master in Residential Marketing designation is the highest achievement for new home sales and marketing professionals. Earning the MIRM designation demonstrates commitment to continued industry knowledge and professionalism. Our Director of Sales & Marketing is one of three individuals in the area that holds the Certified Brokerage Manager designation. This allows her to enhance individual and office performance through training. The leadership team at Sterling is always sharing their knowledge to better the team.
Transaction & Listing Coordinator
Real estate agents have plenty of items to stay on top of with each listing that comes, from keeping clients comfortable to the endless supply of paperwork. Our transaction & listing coordinator is here to help take some of that off of your plate. Their job is to schedule inspections, ensure that appraisals are ordered and scheduled, track loan commitment and clear to close as well as submit and store documents for compliance. With this help, you can focus your attention where its needed most.

Management strives to stay on top of technology trends so that we can provide our team with innovative tools and services to grow their business. Evaluating the tools often ensures they lead to team success.
Marketing
We offer first-class marketing to our team and the clients they serve. The marketing department provides printed advertising materials and online media coverage.
