As a Capital Region native and a seasoned sales professional, Katharine understands and values the trust her clients place in her. Specializing in first-time home buyers, negotiations, rehabs, and rental investments, Katharine aims to exceed expectations of buyers and sellers alike.
Katharine is fully engaged with her clients and tailors her approach to their personal real estate goals. With a B.S. in Business Marketing and a background in medical sales and entrepreneurship, she knows what it takes to get the job done and does it with integrity and empathy. As a certified RENE, Katharine is tenacious in real estate negotiation as she actively employs clear communication with a strong business sense to deliver the very best quality of service for her clients.
