Mike Hazard has been a licensed NYS Real Estate Agent since 2013. For 6 years I worked primarily in commercial property management and leasing.
I decided to move into residential sales because I love helping people and building new relationships. My job isn’t just to help you buy or sell your home — I also want you to feel good about it. I will work together with you and explain each step of the process to help you feel comfortable and confident when we get to the closing.
I have experience with all aspects of real estate — from contracts and investment property to maintenance and repairs. I can advise you on what to look for when buying a home or on how to get the most out of a sale.
